created PT Rumah Teh Asli to develop and manage
the project. The name means the Original Tea House.
The company takes responsibility for the hassles
and the concerns and multitudinous pitfalls connected
with building and owning abroad. On behalf of the
home owners the management company takes responsibility
for most legal obligations and paying of local taxes,
etc.
PT Rumah Teh Asli also provides a rental management
service.
