Bloo Lagoon Village provides an opportunity for two cultures to learn from each other. Globalization without stealing. The land is leased rather than purchased. This keeps the local village structure intact and eliminates the difficulties of the foreign owner having to partake in the traditional village and banjar duties.
Bloo Lagoon consists of 25 houses, common areas and adjunct facilities. The management company (RTA) holds the master land lease and is responsible for renting the houses which are part of a rental pool. Homeowners can occupy their houses part or full time, this is NOT a time share.
RTA also provides day to day cleaning, security, housekeeping and maintenance services.
The homeowner owns the house and can transfer it at any time to a new buyer.
